Together with an enquiry for this façade, Perfox received a drawing of a bent panel with quite complex bendings.
We were challenged to produce a mockup exactly like it. Turning this drawing into a flat developed sheet was a challenge, but our engineers managed it.
Our mockup fit like a glove, which resulted in Perfox being granted an order for roughly 3500 perforated, bent and powdercoated (RAL 9003) panels.
We perforated roughly 80 tons of aluminium with R3 T5 to create this beautiful façade.
